- A. We have three bases of operation for our business. Our company headquarters are located in Hong Kong. Our office in Shenzhen, China handles production and fulfillment. Our US office/showroom, in Portland, Oregon is where we do product development and sales. We have complete contact information here.
- Q. Do you have a retail store?
- A. We do not have our own retail store (just yet!) in the USA.
- Q. Do you have an online store?
- A. The Mosey Store online store will go live in 2010. If you’d like to order online please contact us and we’ll let you know where you can purchase online.

- A. This is a new line so please contact us to see if we have a store near you. If you have a store near you that might be a nice fit for our line please let us know!
- Q. Where are the bags made?
- A. Our certified factory partners are located near Shenzhen, China.
- Q. What are these bags made of?
- A. Our primary textile is called PET nylon. It’s made of 100% recycled PET plastics (plastic beverage bottles are the primary source). Our leather is called LITE (Low Impact to The Environment) and our hardware is certified free of nickel and lead. You can learn more by reading Our Impact.
- Q. What is your return policy?
- A. Returns should be made directly to the store where you purchased your product.
- Q. Do you offer a product warranty?
- A. Yes! Our warranty is for one full year from date of purchase and we guarantee our product against all manufacturing defects.
- Q. How do I care for this bag?
- A. We advise to simply spot clean the textile fabrics with a damp cloth (or damp cloth with mild detergent).
- Q. How do you ensure fair trade practices with your factory in China?
- A. We take labor practices very seriously and we have an extensive Social Responsibility Compliance program with our vendors. Our company employees meet with our vendors and visit the factories on a weekly basis making it easier to ensure compliance directly. If you would like more information please contact us.
