Returns & Exchange Policy:
Did you purchase from a retail store or from Mosey online?
Merchandise purchased from a Mosey retailer, whether defective or in need of exchange or credit, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return/exchange policy of that store. Every retailer has its own return/exchange policy and we work with our retailer partners to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Unwashed, unused or defective merchandise purchased through the Mosey Store online may be returned within 30 days of purchase, with a purchase receipt, for an exchange or refund. Products returned without original packaging and/or hangtags are charged a 15% restocking fee. Unless the product is defective we do not accept returns or exchanges after 30 days from receipt of purchase.
Exchange a Product: If you are making an exchange because you would like a different color, you will be responsible for the shipping charges to return the item to Mosey. Mosey will pay for ground shipping of your new item. You may only exchange products of the same style and value.
Return for Credit: If you would like to return your item for a refund to your credit card please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Defective Product Returns: Mosey products are guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects (not standard wear and tear usage). Each product returned for defects is evaluated for quality control purposes. Once we determine the product was truly defective we will exchange the product or refund the original value of the product, plus the return shipping amount to the customer. Please ship your item the most economical way possible and be sure to include the receipt for your shipping costs.
How to process a return/exchange:
Please be sure to follow this procedure carefully so your return/exchange can be processed smoothly!
#1. Contact Mosey by email: firstname.lastname@example.org or by fax: 503-327-8258 to obtain your Return Authorization number (RA#). Products shipped without a RA# will not be accepted! Please send the email or fax titled "RA REQUEST" and include:

- Your shipping receipt (for defective merchandise). We do not accept C.O.D.
#4. Ship your return/exchange (in the way most economical for you) via UPS, FedEx Ground, or USPS WITH A TRACKING NUMBER to:

Please allow 2 billing cycles for your return to be processed and credited to your account. If exchanging please allow 2 weeks for your exchange to be completed.

Does Mosey ship orders to other countries besides the USA?
At time Mosey can only process online orders to the Continental USA, as well as Hawaii and Alaska (with additional shipping charge). If you live outside of those areas and would like to purchase product for personal use please contact us: email@example.com to make order arrangements.
Where does my Mosey order ship from?
Mosey's fulfillment warehouse is located in Shenzhen, China - where we stock all Mosey products year around. Mosey has our own Customer Service and Quality Control teams in China to manage the timely processing of your Mosey order. If you are unable to track the status of your Mosey order, or need additional information at any time, no worries - we are right here (that means the USA) too! What carrier will Mosey use to ship my order to the USA?
When Mosey ships your order to the United States, we typically use UPS or FedEx express mail services. Tracking numbers are provided to your designated email address for all shipments. Mosey will use its discretion to determine the best mail service provider for each order, and reserves the right to change express mail providers without prior notice.
What is the cost to ship my order to the USA?
With the exception of Alaska and Hawaii we charge only a flat $10 to ship your order to you directly from China!
How long will my delivery take to arrive? You should expect to receive your order within 7-14 business days from the time we ship out from our warehouse. The actual delivery time may vary depending on your date of order, your location in the USA, and customs processing as your Mosey enters the USA.
How do I track my order?
You will first receive an order confirmation notifying you that your order was received. About 5-7 days from the date your order is received you will receive a new email with further shipping information and a tracking number for your shipment. You will then be able to track your order via the carrier.

Can my order be delivered to a USA Post Office Box address?
We are sorry, most express mail carriers will not deliver to post office box addresses (PO, APO, FPO).
How does Mosey package my order for shipment?
Packages from Mosey are packed carefully to prevent damages during shipment. To protect our handbags, Mosey will always use corrugated express mail packaging to process and ship your Mosey order.
Will I have to pay customs duties or additional taxes on my Mosey shipment?
No, you will not need to pay any additional fees or taxes associated with your Mosey shipment. Mosey pays all applicable customs duties, taxes and fees on each shipment. Your flat $10 fee covers your entire purchase.
Can my order be held by US Customs for inspection?
It's not common, but it is possible. US Customs randomly screens shipments coming into the United States. In the event that your shipment is delayed due to customs inspections, Mosey will notify you as soon as we are aware of the delay & will provide an updated shipment status. Shipments requiring US Customs inspections can be delayed from 1-4 days.
